<image:title>Classes - Dance Fit</image:title>
<image:caption>In my dance fit class, I've meticulously crafted a choreography that seamlessly blends proper dance routines with an intense cardiovascular, resistance and agility workout. I just absolutely adore making up new routines! You will love them - they’re a dance routine within a workout so no more boring aerobics classes just pure creative physical exercise - this will improve your cardio, agility, balance, flexibility and coordination. Participants find themselves immersed in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere, where every move serves a dual purpose – not only to showcase dance prowess but also to engage muscles in a challenging fitness routine. The class becomes a rhythmic fusion of artistry and athleticism, offering a unique and effective way to stay fit. As the pulsating beats guide us through each routine, complete with disco lights, the combination of dance steps and targeted exercises creates a holistic workout experience. From heart-pounding cardio sequences that elevate endurance to resistance movements that sculpt and strengthen, every aspect is carefully designed for maximum impact. All levels safely catered for too! Participants leave the class not only with a sense of accomplishment in mastering the dance routines but also with the satisfaction of a comprehensive workout that leaves them feeling invigorated and inspired. My dance fit class isn't just about movement; it's a celebration of fitness, creativity, and the joy of pushing physical boundaries. ⭐️A Par-Q form will need to be completed beforehand ⭐️ Bring along a towel and some water</image:caption>

      <image:title>About - ABOUT</image:title>
<image:caption>Hi, my name is Sarah! I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and I specialise in body fat reduction through diet and exercise. I have helped a lot of clients achieve some pretty awesome lasting results!♥️ I’ve always had an absolute passion for exercise even in my younger years - HIIT style workouts being my go to favourite but also love a good old stretching session too!♥️ I was 36 years old when i decided to train to become a personal trainer - and got asked cheekily by one of my older nieces if I was having a ‘midlife crisis’ - at blinkin’ 36!!! I’m 51 (52 in July) so 36 is a very young age to me!! Midlife Crisis my… Anyway I’m going off on a tangent - It was through using a trainer myself that got me thinking how much i would like to help people to enjoy and have fun exercising. I lost my very lovely dad to lung cancer when i was only 27 - 27!!! Then my beautiful mum (2020), my second eldest brother (2022), my father in law (2023) my mother in law in September 2024 and my eldest brother in December 2024 - exercise and diet has had a huge impact on me in those tragic situations - it is what has kept me focussed and i want to help others realise that it makes you feel amazing and really does work wonders! I also feel that I’m already almost 8 years into the menopause and that it has definitely alleviated some of the symptoms and i feel great even at the ripe old age of 51! Yikes! So, way back to over 16 years ago i studied fitness instruction, personal training and exercise to music at stafford college. Within a couple of years i added more qualifications (*see my quals below) to eventually become an internal quality assurer. I didn’t fast track any of my qualifications - I studied them thoroughly and gained immense knowledge in the process. My advice to you would be, beware of trainers who gain their qualifications quickly. Sadly this is a reality and many people are given incorrect and poor instruction because the people who train them just don’t have that foundation of understanding and experience that someone who has learned the subject properly has. I have seen this numerous times in all my years of assessing and it never ends well for the client, trainer or gym that employs them. I’ve poured years of hard work, study and hands-on experience into becoming a qualified Personal Trainer and earning numerous qualifications. When I studied Personal Training I sat proper and full examinations in anatomy & physiology - it was via Gola, in London so you had to thoroughly revise! I’m proud to say I got 98% I was also assessed on training clients and had to complete numerous case studies on diet and nutrition and planning programs for training clients. I won’t bore you with anymore but believe me it was a very detailed two year course - I’m a firm believer of if something is worth doing it’s worth doing well. The End. It’s a job I take seriously because helping people transform their health is a responsibility, not just a job. That’s why it’s so frustrating to see so-called “trainers” who complete a quick weekend course and suddenly think they’re on the same level. Technically, they hold a qualification - but knowledge, experience and genuine expertise can’t be rushed. Let’s be real: you can’t just make up that you’re a Personal Trainer either. As a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor you have to have Public Liability Insurance - it’s a legal requirement, and without the proper credentials, like correct certification (which you have to hand over to your insurance company) you simply can’t get it. So no cover! An accident waiting to happen (or nightmare) When you train with me, you’re getting more than just a certificate. You’re getting real guidance and experience from someone who’s invested in lifelong learning, professional integrity and results that truly last. MY AIM My aim is to get people to love exercise. To understand that it doesn’t have to be a chore or a dread! Also to educate people and that you can have some serious fun whilst burning lots of calories - you choose the pace! It’s not all about going in for the kill either - I can show you what will work for you! I can create bespoke plans to suit your needs and lifestyle. My classes and PT are for beginners, intermediate and advanced. In both classes or PT there is a variant for all so whatever stage you’re at within your training, i can show you a regression or progression or you simply follow the set exercise. All of my workouts are carefully and meticulously planned for an all over body approach with some extra emphasis on specific muscle groups. I’m definitely not your average joe - i always like to be different and challenge my clients. I feel that normal stuff is boring and monotonous and people soon get tired of it. I’m naturally a very creative person so I pride myself on creating interesting content. Keeping things different in class is key to making sure people stay on task and still keep having lots of fun! Come train with me! You won’t regret it! Promise!♥️</image:caption>
