As a personal trainer, I see it every year - the sun arrives and routines go out the window.

I get it! Itโ€™s completely normal!

Holidays, BBQs, heatwaves, longer eveningsโ€ฆ it all makes it harder to stay focused.

But the truth is, this is the time when staying active makes the biggest difference.

Here are my top tips to keep your motivation (and your fitness!) going strong when the weather is nice:

๐Ÿ. ๐Š๐ž๐ž๐ฉ ๐ข๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ฉ.

When the days are busy and the weatherโ€™s warm, a 30-45 minute class is all you need to stay on track. Something is always better than nothing - even a walk somewhere!

So if you canโ€™t make class - aim to do a mini circuit for say 30 mins.

It can look something like this โฌ‡๏ธ

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ20 fast high knees

I sell my classes in 4-week blocks for a reason - they keep you consistent and accountable. When youโ€™ve committed to the full block, youโ€™re more likely to stick to it and the results speak for themselves.

You donโ€™t have to push yourself alone. Training with a group gives you that boost of energy and motivation - plus, itโ€™s more fun and a great social experience!

Fitness isnโ€™t just about appearance - it lifts your mood, improves your sleep and helps you feel good inside and out.

If you miss a session, donโ€™t stress. Get back on track at the next one. The key is showing up more often than not.
